Descripción
The filling section uses servo piston o flowmeter technology, depending on oil viscosity. It’s ideal for engine oil, gear oil, and other lubricants. Equipped with boquillas antigoteo and optional bottom-up filling, it ensures clean, foam-free operation.
All contact parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel, suitable for a wide range of oils. It handles bottles from 100ml to 5L and works with PET, HDPE, glass, and aluminum containers. The PLC + touch screen system allows for real-time volume adjustments, recipe storage, and monitoring.
Optional upgrades include heated tanks for thick oils, nitrogen flushing, y automatic bottle positioning. Filling speed ranges from 800 to 4000 bottles per hour, depending on setup.
